Description:
The impacted property produced thermal coal that previously supplied a local Indianapolis coal fired power plant. The property filed bankruptcy and the property is in final reclamation. The site is 120 acres of impacted land (20 acres to be repurposed and 100 acres to fully reclaimed to its natural state with trees and wetlands).

Description:
This project is a coal based utility that is no longer burning coal as a fuel source as part of their energy transition plan. The company is cleaning approximately 50 acres of prior thermal coal storage area to prepare the land for a solar farm.
